Located on the beautiful grass fields and Desert Parking Lot of Salt River Fields, EVolution Fest will feature a main tent for showcasing the latest electric vehicles, a vendor market, food trucks, music, drinks and more!
Patrons can get a hands-on experience by participating in the ”Ride & Drive” courses for electric cars and/or electric bikes and scooters. EV owners are also able to charge their vehicles while inside the event with our charging stations in the parking lot.
MAIN TENT
The 100 ft. by 200 ft. Main Tent will house the featured electric vehicle brands with plenty of room to give the best first impression.
The Main Tent will also feature a DJ playing enjoyable music as patrons browse the various e-vendors before they check out the Ride & Drive course.
RIDE & DRIVE ROUTE
An extra incentive for patrons to convert to electric vehicles will be the ”Ride & Drive” course adjacent to the main tent area.
Brands can give potential customers a hands-on demonstration of their electric vehicles through a 1.3-mile course along the loop road of beautiful Salt River Fields.
RIDE & DRIVE SITE PLAN
Each participating brand will have their own waiting lounge as they wait their turn to test drive the latest electric vehicles.
Once their turn comes, they will enter a 20 ft. by 20 ft. tent to load up into the vehicles and make their way onto the 1.3-mile course.

CLOSED COURSE
Each ride & drive will be located on a closed course around the event to make sure you're not having to avoid people or obstacles!
WAIVERS
In order to explore the ride & drive, each participant will need to sign a waiver and learn the do's and don'ts of the course!
